SUPER Bliss Balls

After my Winter Wellness workshop  I powered up all of the yogis with my delicious Super Bliss Balls.  Everyone left wanting more.  So here is the recipe.

1 cup of Almonds

1/2 cup of Pepita Seeds

1/2 cup of Sunflower Seeds

2 tbsp LSA

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

3 tbsp Cacao Powder

3 tbsp of Green Pea Powder  (Spirulina or any other green powder)

4 tbsp Coconut Oil

 

Put everything, except the coconut oil, in a food processor & blend until the nuts are still a little chunky.

Add the cocnut oil & blend a bit more, until the mixture is moist enough to form balls.

If the mix isn't moist enough add a little bit of water.

Refrigerate as they are or coat them in coconut or cacoa powder.

Delicious and nutritious any time of the day!
