Shhh, don't tell them these are healthy!
1 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Brazil Nuts
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Protein Powder (I use Organic Protein Powder)
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
16 Fresh Dates, pitted
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract (Natural)
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Orange Juice
1. Put all of the dry ingredients into a food processor & process until they are well combined.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, process again until the mixture comes together when squeezed.
3. Add a splash of water if the mix isn't moist enough.
4. Roll into balls. You may like to get creative & roll some in coconut.
Store these in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
