Day 4: Let’s Get This Morning Started Right

Are you waking up and thinking about you? Or are you already jumping ahead and thinking about your day in front of you?

If you aren’t the focus on the first part of your day, then the rest of the day will continue to be about other people and their needs.

So before you even hop out of bed, take a moment.

Don’t grab your phone!!!

Stretch out in bed. Make a bear like yawn and think of the great day ahead of you.

Notice how good it feels to stretch out, feel the length of your body.

Continue on with YOUR day, perhaps moving onto another morning ritual.....
