Day 2: Let's Get This Morning Started Right

Do you ever start your morning by rolling out of bed, looking at the clock "@#$! I am late" how does this set your day?

Remeber, the way you start your day sets the tone for the rest of the day.

You may like to try a little of each ritual or perhaps put a bunch of them together. Get creative, play around with it.

Let's Get This Morning Started Right:

Smile. Take a moment & be grateful for the day ahead of you.

Allow some time for Movement! Introduce some sort of movement to your body each morning. Perhaps a light stretch, a couple of push ups or getting out for a walk/run.

Physical movement tells your body that the day has started.
